Beehive Marketing Agency

Building an Operating System for Beehive Agency

Marketing manager at the agency: we rebuilt how it works, and I worked with the team on projects for clients like Bena'at and Clash Burger.

The Role

I joined Beehive Marketing Agency in July 2024 as Marketing Manager. My mandate was straightforward: the agency was growing fast and needed someone to build real operational systems — not just run campaigns, but create the infrastructure that would let the team handle more clients without dropping quality.

The Problem

Like any agency scaling quickly, there was a gap between the volume of work coming in and the team's ability to deliver consistently. Marketing plans were being put together ad hoc, there were no clear standards for content review, and hours were being lost on tasks that could easily be automated.

What I Did

1. Strategy Engineering

I built marketing plans from scratch for each client. Not templates — each plan was based on actual market analysis, competitor research, and audience profiling. This covered completely different sectors like healthcare and e-commerce.

2. Workflow & Automation Systems

I designed a complete workflow for the company — from the moment a client signs on to the moment content goes live. I connected tools together and built automation systems that cut manual work significantly and sped up the delivery cycle.

3. Content Quality Control

I set clear review standards. Every piece of content had to go through a structured review process before reaching the client. This made a real, noticeable difference in output quality.

4. AI Integration

I was among the first at the agency to bring AI tools into daily operations — for data analysis, content ideation, and faster research and planning. This wasn't a replacement for human work; it was a tool that let the team accomplish in two hours what used to take a full day.

Key Projects Executed Under Beehive

100-Day Sales Rescue Plan — Clash Burger

The Story

Clash Burger, a restaurant in Benha, was facing a real crisis: a frightening drop in sales, almost zero engagement on social media, and fierce market competition that devolved into a price war. Add to that internal operational issues like poor delivery service, neglected channels like TikTok, and the broader impact of economic conditions and changing consumer tastes.

The situation required surgical intervention, not just "another ad campaign."

What I Did — The 100-Day Rescue Plan

Instead of temporary fixes, I built and executed a "100-Day Plan" comprising a complete marketing and operational restructuring across 5 pillars:

1. Building Competitive Advantage (The Big Why)

The market was burning prices, so we had to play a different game. We doubled down on ingredient quality, introduced entirely new innovative items (like the Clash Fatteh and the New Box), and highlighted the restaurant's unique position as the premier destination for fried chicken in its area.

2. Operational & Delivery Overhaul

Marketing is useless if operations are failing. I worked on fixing the delivery service: we accurately defined delivery zones, accelerated dispatch times, created delivery-exclusive offers, and upgraded packaging to ensure the customer received a premium experience at home.

3. Visual Identity & Content Management

We set professional photography standards because people eat with their eyes first. We started photographing cross-sections of the burgers to show the quality of ingredients and used angles that emphasized portion sizes. We even dedicated a decorated corner inside the kitchen specifically for continuous, high-quality content production.

4. Continuous Innovation

To keep customer excitement high and encourage repeat visits, we established a rule: innovate one new product or marketing hook every single month.

5. Process Engineering & Evaluation

To ensure the plan was working, we implemented a strict tracking system: measuring sales performance every 10 days, followed by a comprehensive review every 30 days to pivot if necessary.

Results After 100 Days

  • Sales Leap: Revenue jumped from 120k to over 300k.

  • Customer Base Expansion: Customer count grew from under 350 to over 500, with exceptionally high retention rates.

  • Operational Efficiency: Delivery orders increased by 66%, and dine-in/takeaway orders grew from 140 to 250+.

  • New Product Success: Sold over 300 units of the new "Clash Box" in record time.

  • Digital Dominance: Instagram followers doubled, Facebook follower growth rate increased by 150%, and overall Reach grew by 300%.

  • Engagement: Broke the 2,500 engagement barrier on posts for the first time, generating 500+ direct messages.

Launch & Expansion Strategy — Bena'at Academy

The Story

The founder had a compelling idea but wasn't sure it could work: an educational platform that helps mothers raise their children using structured, evidence-based methods. The problem? The market is flooded with free parenting content on YouTube and Facebook — so how do you convince a mother to pay for something she's used to getting for free?

We had to build something fundamentally different — not just better content, but a "trusted authority" that mothers rely on and keep coming back to.

What I Did

1. Market & Audience Mapping

Before touching anything tactical, I studied the market thoroughly. I segmented the audience into 3 clear groups — new mothers learning the basics, working mothers seeking balance, and mothers looking for deeper, structured parenting approaches. Each segment got its own messaging and entry point.

2. Launch Strategy

I built a teaser campaign that ran for a full month before launch. The goal was genuine anticipation — not just a "coming soon" announcement. Every week we revealed something new about the platform to build curiosity and excitement.

3. Lead Generation Engine

I designed free interactive workbooks like "Bena'at Sprouts" and "Bena'at Knights." The logic was simple: a mother downloads a high-value free resource, and we earn her contact details and start building the relationship. This dramatically lowered customer acquisition cost.

4. B2B Market Penetration

Not just mothers — I opened a parallel channel targeting private and international schools. I prepared tailored pitches for school owners and HR directors to adopt the platform as an educational partner. This unlocked an entirely new revenue stream.

5. Ramadan 2026 Campaign

Ramadan was a golden opportunity. I prepared a comprehensive plan that included the "Builders of Impact" competition to document real mother success stories, and activated an educational podcast to strengthen the platform's position as a go-to reference.

6. Social Impact Initiative

Something I'm particularly proud of: I designed a plan for a free initiative targeting the deaf and hard-of-hearing community in the Arab world — repurposing the platform's content into sign language. This isn't just CSR; it builds a genuinely loyal community.

Results

  • Clear roadmap — transformed from an uncertain idea into a platform with defined vision and growth paths

  • Diversified revenue streams — B2C for mothers and B2B for schools

  • Low acquisition cost — through free interactive workbooks as lead magnets

  • 10,000 subscriber target — in year one with a clear execution plan

  • Community presence — through the sign language initiative and educational podcast

Content Internship Program — Acquiring Top Talent

The Story

Beehive Marketing Agency was facing a real talent gap in the market: it was incredibly difficult to find Content Writers who possessed both the strategic understanding and the high-quality execution standards the agency demanded. Traditional recruitment was a vicious cycle of interviews and trials that drained time and resources without satisfying results.

What I Did — The Recruitment Funnel

Instead of continuing the endless search, I proposed, designed, and managed an intensive 6-week Content Internship program. This wasn't just an educational initiative—it was a structured "Recruitment Funnel" that tested candidates on actual, real-world tasks for the agency's active clients.

The Curriculum — From Theory to Professionalism

I built a comprehensive curriculum designed to take a writer from basic theory to agency-ready professionalism across 6 intensive lectures:

  1. Building the Foundation: Understanding the big picture: Marketing Mix, STP strategy, defining the target audience, setting SMART goals, and mapping competitors.

  2. The Content Notebook: Mapping the journey from objective to measurement, crafting the brand story, and building an "idea factory" and execution map.

  3. Reality Vs. Websites: Equipping writers with a professional toolkit including 10 Frameworks and 5 Matrices to engineer content rather than just write it.

  4. The Copywriter's Mindset: Mastering video scripting, learning from industry giants, and applying the professional writer's checklist.

  5. Let's Make Content: The pre-launch deep dive: analyzing the unique angle, scalability, and drafting a full quarterly action plan.

  6. The Final Audit: The ultimate evaluation phase filtering the true professionals, teaching them to apply a Content Audit with a surgeon's precision to see the entire customer journey.

The Results — By the Numbers

The program successfully transformed a recruitment crisis into a sustainable talent acquisition system:

  • Attraction: 40 aspiring candidates applied.

  • First Filter: Top 10 candidates were selected to begin the intensive 6-week training.

  • Real-World Simulation: Only 4 interns were promoted to work inside the agency for a full month on actual client accounts.

  • Final Hiring: The top 2 most competent writers were hired full-time.

The Value Added

This program saved the agency thousands in bad-hire costs and created a pipeline of loyal talents who understood the agency's exact marketing methodology 100% from their very first day on the job.
